Booking and Payment
Booking Process: All tour bookings must be made through our website, by phone at +1 208-888-8253, or via email at [email protected]. Bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation from Idaho Winery Tours.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards through our secure third-party payment processor. All prices are in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour date are eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days but at least 48 hours before the tour are eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds are provided for cancellations within 48 hours or for no-shows.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, winery availability). In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour date.
Changes to Bookings: Changes to tour dates or group size are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance. Additional fees may apply.
Tour Policies
Age Restrictions: Our tours involve alcohol consumption and are restricted to individuals aged 21 and older. Valid photo ID is required at the start of the tour.
Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward our staff, winery partners, and other participants. Disruptive behavior, excessive intoxication, or failure to follow guide instructions may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Health and Safety:
Guests must inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or accessibility needs at the time of booking.
Tours may involve walking on uneven terrain. Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended.
We comply with all applicable health and safety regulations, including those related to alcohol consumption and transportation.
Transportation: Tours include transportation in vehicles operated by licensed drivers. Guests may not bring their own alcohol or consume personal alcohol during transport.
