10:30 AM – 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards: Kick off at this family-run winery, known for its vibrant Viognier and silky Merlot. Enjoy a tasting of 5 wines in their charming tasting room, paired with stunning views of the rolling hills.
11:45 AM – Sol Invictus Vineyard: Visit this boutique winery for a tasting of their small-batch Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc. Learn about their sustainable practices and take a quick stroll through the vineyard (weather permitting). Charcuterie plate served here.
1:00 PM – Rolling Hills Vineyard: Wrap up at this hidden gem, sampling their unique blends like Petit Verdot. Relax on their patio with panoramic views of Eagle Foothills, and browse their wine shop for bottles to take home.
2:30 PM – Return: Head back to Meridian, arriving around 2:30-3:00 PM, with plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your day.
